Returns / Refund policy

In the odd case that you do not love your Chillilemon products, here is our policy on returns / refund

Incorrect / different product:

All our product undergo strict quality check before being dispatched, but in case you receive an incorrect product / different from what you placed an order for than we can take the product back and exchange it with a correct product you have originally placed an order for within two weeks.

 

Manufacturing defect :

All our product undergo strict quality check at Chillilemon, however if the product is damaged or has any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks time. We will notify you once we’ve received and quality checked / inspected your return. On approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased.

 

Returning items :

If eligible for return, you will have to notify us about this within 48 hours from the time it has been delivered to you. We will issue a refund only once the received product has undergone our quality check. Chillilemon holds the right to refuse any Return if the product does not comply with the above.


To start a return / exchange , you can contact us at 
hello@thechillilemon.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds/exchange will be initiated within 15-30 days of receiving the products. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange on Products purchased on sale or discount and no refund requests will be accepted.
